Why there is constant hue and cry in the media about climate change. When life and earth survived millions of years. Behind the scene, I think the present talk about global warming and climate change is some political and business interest. For this every democratic govt. and big corporation engaged in systemic campaign against global warming, climate change, green house gas emission, carbon footprint and other things which seems to be a media creation.

Let us look at the repercussion. In the name of clean technology, global warming, climate change, the third world countries compelled to stop using old technology, traditional and industrial methods, while some countries/ corporation have technological advancement. To sell their product and services, just demand cannot fulfilled. Now the govt./ corporation put an imaginary global warming and fake climate change claim by absolving themselves from their duties and responsibilities. Big industries and developed countries talk about emission. As the same they are polluting environment at others cost. How to make cover up and play the game and corner the wealth?

The developed nations and corporation plant various stories about green house gas emission, climate change, global warming etc. etc. They pressure developing countries to implement ‘Green Agenda’, that means more Licence-Permit-Inspector Raj. That means govt. and corporation started peeping private lives and imposition of fines and control over citizen in one or the other way which leads to corruption. The same money flow to tax heaven which in turn come through world bank, IMF, Venture capitalist, Corporation/ companies/ trusts etc. Again India in the debt trap. While citizen face lots of trouble and their right, access and freedom will be affected. Bigger companies sell product in the name of clean technology, green technology, developed company sell their products at imaginery prices to third world and push the developing country into debt trap.

On the other hand, it’ll be a speed breaker in the development. Our legislators make legislation for their whims and fancies to collect and grab money from its citizen. After all democracy is all about mapped, measured, tapped, metered and controlled by the authorities. The ruling elite always want to exploit the citizen by one way or the other.

If there is a flood, the media picked up talk of global warming. At the same time they forgot to cover the reason about uncleaned chawls/ gutters, encroachments by real estate and other vested interest etc. Naturally we will face the flood. Similarly, if there is a drought, then they started implementing water cut, power cut and grabbing more taxes and money from citizen. The ruling elite always know that problem is money. Create more problem, earn more money and put pressure and burden on its citizen. It will never end unless and until we are in a democratic state. Because undeserved come to power. While deserved stood outside. It is not just the problem of India, it is the general problem of everywhere. Just because we are democracy. Demon rule the citizen which is democracy.

So my appeal to all citizen of the world, don’t get into the trap of this green campaign. There is always a hidden agenda. Don’t trust the media – it is keeping corporate agenda. You and me are going to suffer. Our freedom is at stake. Let the companies and govt. start correcting their own mistake by starting a simple life style without burdening the tax payers and stake holders. Don’t trust the number and statistics game for which they don’t have any authenticity.

In a democracy anything and everything run by vested interest. The state is no more welfare state.

India is loosing many fighter jets like MIG-21 series and Sukoi, Jaguar, and other fighter jets just by air crash during this decade. The loss is much more than engaging war with any other country. The problem cited in this continuous episode is that due to corruption in military establishment, low maintenance and upkeepment, lack of skilled manpower availability for proper maintenance, non-availability and expensive spare parts which always have to heavily depend on other countries. We are not just loosing expensive fighter jets, we are also loosing skilled pilots.

Every time, if there is a crash the authorities concerned try to put the blame on human error. In any of the report the maintenance engineers and in charge or the people responsible for procurement of inferior quality of machinery and equipments never ever indicted and did not take action. It cannot ignore the fact that India’s failure.

So far no serious inquiries conducted for continuous crash of our expensive fighter jets. Corruption and lack of transparency in defence procurement, vested interest in defence blocking the development of indigenous technology, not opening up private sector participation in defense sector is some of the major cause frequent failure in defense sector.

Many weapon and other arms and equipments lying idle for years together and it become a mere show piece for the military. Its operational accuracy and effectiveness in the field is now questionable and now due to lack of use in the field and kept idle for years together.

The foot soldier facing the enemy is ill equipped with latest technology and light weight arms and most of the defense expenditure goes to purchasing unused big weapons and diverting it to other areas while India need sophistication and modernization of military hardware and technology advancement for the soldiers who immediately facing the enemy. During Kargil crisis, how our hundreds of brave soldiers lost their lives is the best example how we are ill equipped in handling crisis. Indian military establishment could not afford to give bullet proof and light weight shoes which might have saved hundreds of lives while guarding Siachin. While soldiers of China and Pakistan are better equipped than Indian counterpart.

India is ill equipped in security surveillance at the border which could have been done better by adopting latest cheap technologies like security surveillance cameras, satellite technologies and other modernisation and effective and ‘timely’ use of Air force could have done much better.

Whenever, read newspaper report about induction of expensive jets, missiles, guns and other equipments, within months and years, it becomes non-operational, crashed or ruined itself. The latest induction of ‘AWACS’ from Israel, within some months and years, we can read a news that ‘AWACS’ crashed or non-operational or anything such news or no whereabouts. Again a wasting a crores of rupees and it is going to be a showpiece. We can induct into museum.

Whenever we read the figure about defense procurement like 10,000 crores, 42,000 crores for Gorshav etc. how we are spending thousands of crores just to make showpiece and museum piece while India’s half of the population living below poverty line. Just abandon such purchase and distribute the money directly among the poor, our poverty might have alleviated and we might have better internal security and law and order situation in the country.

Talibanisation of Pakistan, growing clout of China in Asian region and rising leftist violence like Naxal and Mao spreading India is a worrisome factors. Lack of command and control, clear leadership at all level clearly visible, whether it is political, military, police, bureaucracy, judiciary making internal security vulnerable. The mishandling of 26/11 at Mumbai crisis is a clear case on this issue and still the drama is going on, still the responsibility not fixed and nobody punished.

Indian growing corruption and internal security becomes a matter of concern. The enemies are within than outside. If India is go for a war, we cannot win a war on its own without outside support. At the present circumstances, we cannot win a small war. When just a few number of lonely terrorist shaken India, who is fighting from our own soil, how can we believe that we can fight a large force outside. Instead of making rhetoric, India should learn to fight enemy inside.

So far there is no detailed study report/ information available to the public about the captured arms and ammunition recovered by police and military establishments, whether it is inducted into the forces and if not, what happened to them? Whether it is reaching to anti-social elements and terrorists. Who is monitoring these activities? Many unanswered questions. Whether the present Defense Minister Mr. A.K.Antony make a clean up act? What is the government of India’s stand on these issues?

Today medical profession is also commercially exploited like any other profession. The relation between patient and doctor is widening day by day. For small disease, some doctors used to prescribe high cost medicine and testing which is quite unnecessary.

The other problem is doctor prescribe the ‘high cost and unnecessary medicine” of a selected company only. The consumer/ patients have no option but to buy the same medicine from the market. In the market there are hundreds of low cost medicines available of the same ‘generic’, but the consumer is choiceless and helpless.

Multinational and big Pharma corporation take advantage and get influenced the doctors through various means. Sometimes new drugs get experimented on patients. Doctor take advantage from the patient because patient consider him as a saviour of his life, so in general case, what doctor say they will do.

There are also cases like the hospital put the dead body in a ventilator for 2 days without allowing the relative to meet him. They have also charged for high cost medicine and other things as usual just to grab the money.There are many such things happenings in and around us, as per the media reports.

Health sector under government is almost collapsed. Private sector taking huge advantage by overcharging and engaging different malpractices like prescribing unwanted test, unwanted high cost medicine, admitting hospital in small ailments and making permanent patient, wrong diagnosis, the list is going on.

The relationship between doctor and patient becomes a trader and consumer. Earlier patient used to look doctor as a saviour and today, in the age of ‘specialisation’ on anything and everything for every body’s parts ailment, we ‘compel’ to show a specialist. The commercialization of doctor professional reached its dangerous level. Today patient fear to go to doctor and there are incidents like patient making ‘suicide’ in the hospital by jumping from terrace etc. This is the best example, how a patient compelled to take such a drastic step due to the nuisance and annoyance made by the hospital and doctor. Why patients and their relative engaging physical abuse to doctor especially the Govt. and trust run hospital?

Govt. made a legislation protecting doctor against any abuses from patient’s side. Who will protect patient’s from the physical and mental abuses, economic and other losses? Why there is no law now for the benefit of patients? Is there any transparency and accountability in the function of hospital administration and doctor?

Some solutions need to find out various malpractices in medical profession. Apart from this the medicine getting costlier day by day. There is no price fixation mechanism available. Some essential drugs get inflated to more than 1000 times than the production cost in the name of patent and R&D. The govt. or the consumer have no control over the Pharma companies.

 Govt. of India and other state govt. need an elaborate policy on fixing of prices of essential drugs and more and more drugs should bring to essential drugs list.

 The cost of patent/R&D should not be more than the cost of raw material and total cost of production. It should be restricted to 10% of the cost of production. So the patent Act should be suitably amended in the interest of Indian consumer. Now there is an argument that new drugs cannot be produced in India. It is quite wrong. There is no transparency, accountability and responsibility on the part of Pharma companies on quality control and pricing. At present the govt. have limited power.

 There are hundreds of medicine available in the market. It is unsure the same medicine is good or bad which can prescribe for a particular disease and its side effect.

 There should be guideline for the doctors to prescribe medicine of the same generic with different brand which is locally made available and cheaper in cost. Atleast 3 options should be provided while giving prescription. The consumer should have the option to buy the same generic medicine as per his choice.

 Elimination of spurious drugs from the market.

 Standardisation of doctors fee and various testing charges on sophisticated equipments and other testing materials in the private clinics/ govt. hospital which should be written in front of the room.

Such suggestions need to be implemented in the interest of consumers and keep better relation between doctor and patient in the days to come.

Indian democracy need major electoral reforms. Some of the suggestions are :-

• Allow negative voting. Voters have a choice of negative voting.

• Right to recall the non-performing and corrupt candidate.

• Sitting MP & MLA can contest election only 2 terms like President of India.

• Maximum age limit should be 65 for contesting election.

• Minimum educational qualification should be fixed for candidates contesting election.

• There should be an option for allow citizen to vote through internet. This will ensure that maximum number of middle class ensure their vote.

• All polling booths should be connected with internet and all voting should be recorded at National Informatics Centre (NIC) site and state govt. site to avoid tampering of electronic machine and recovering data etc. (India claiming pioneer in IT industry, India should make use of IT in such field instead of finding any excuses).

• Polling both should be handled by para military and mixed with civilian govt. servant to ensure that polling officials are not biased to any party or any candidate. Many a times it is witnessed in polling booth.

• To avoid horse trading and ensure maximum peoples representation, national coalition is a better alternative to ensure that it complete full term and parties get proportional representation according to their seat. All parties should be part of the govt.

• If the contesting candidates get more negative votes i.e. more than 50% o the vote, then fresh set of candidate with fresh polling should be conducted.

It is urgently required to ensure that our democracy is functional and ready for a change in electoral politics.

In the absence of ‘National Judicial Commission’ it is a difficult task. People have lots of grievance against judges, courts function and other judicial matters. There is no forum or to address public grievance and re-addressable mechanism available in India. The voting masses in India have no power to present their grievance or the problem facing from judges/courts etc.

Peoples right and Freedom of expression under threat due to wide power given to judges and unwanted use of contempt of court. People cannot question judges wrongful action which lead to contempt of court especially High Court and Supreme Court judges. There is no transparency, accountability and responsibility of judiciary and judicial officers. Many cases might have settled in one or two sitting. But that is not happening in India. Another problem is cumbersome procedure and law with sections, sub-sections, etc.

Judges and advocates are not ready and willing to accept the reform in justice system and they are comfort with the present system. All these added complaint against judiciary and judicial functions and public lost hope in judiciary. Complaint against judges and judiciary is increasing day by day. But every elected govt. have no intention to setting up National Judicial Commission and Public Complaint Cell. This authority should look into the cases against judiciary and judicial officers and staff of all courts in India. Both State and National Judicial Commissioner need to set up.

In Independent India, Indian judiciary is autonomous and has wide power. Even though, it failed at all front in disposing the cases timely. Judiciary is not accountable to people. Judiciary or judges cannot ask any more power and autonomy. It is time to create an independent State and National Judicial Commissions. Without impeachment in Parliament, no sitting judges of High Court or Supreme Court can be removed. Parliament and law commission need a relook on this issue.

Can we expect a National Judicial Commission in the near future or from the next government at the centre? What is the opinion of the political parties on this issue. Let us have a debate on this issue.

Shocked! Surprised! Are you laughing to hear this! Then think again. It is based on fact. ‘Aam admi’ is not joking. See the reasons.

Aggrieved people used to go to court to get justice. But in India we get only ‘date’ (next date of hearing). This process is going on and on and Indian judiciary not just failed to give justice, it is also polluting environment apart from loosing time, money, energy, loss of man hours, etc. etc.

Powerless people are the losers. You become a permanent slave of judiciary, bureaucracy, political party and the entire system. What you get, you get dates after dates. This makes environmental pollution.

For every time attending the court, we have to catch rickshaw, taxi, bus, train etc. etc. In our country thousands and lakhs of people moving court to attend the court cases which include witnesses and others etc. It id adding to environmental pollution. Other thing is that so many pages of typing, photocopying and other documentary evidences which needs tonnes of papers and money. For getting papers, we have to cut down more and more trees and thus making environmental damages. (don’t expect environmentalist utter a word against the fact like this, they will talk other thing or deny access if they feel getting benefit for poor citizen).

Like judiciary, bureaucracy also responsible for environmental damages due to their ‘red tape’.

We are all talking endlessly about environment. Now UN and other developing countries talking about implementing Kyoto Protocol for climate change, green house gas emission, carbon credit and other environmental issues. If the UN are serious about the so called ‘Climate change’ why don’t they make a Kyoto Protocol like law against Courts, bureaucracy, through UN body etc.

The NGOs around the world protecting corporate interest don’t utter a word, or not making any protest against the real villains in democracy like bureaucracy and courts in democracies, creating environmental damage and instead NGOs are coming up with silly reasons and targeting small fray.

Now various countries talking about ‘carbon credit’ a new concept for the world in reducing carbon emission. Why don’t the UN and other agencies bring the bureaucracy and judiciary under their ambit of ‘carbon credit’ and extend the benefit for implementing fast on computerization and networking of all government offices, all courts etc. to reduce carbon and greenhouse gas emission.

Considering every court & department of bureaucracy as a factory and extend the benefit of ‘carbon credit’ this section also for faster implementation of computerization and networking of department and end redtape and delayed justice.

Delayed justice and red-tape can pollute not only the environment, it will pollute the minds of people. Let us wait and watch how the so called intellectuals and NGO including the media talk about this issue in a right perspective. After all there is not much corporate interest in this game, hence as usual I don’t expect a much debate on this issue by the media or not going to utter a world by the world NGOs.

I think ‘environmentalist’ and right activist runaway in discussing this issue and show their neglect because of not much money involved and lack of sponsors. Let us wait and watch how much they are going to ‘bark’ on this issue. ‘aam admi’ believes that ‘idea can change the life’. Jai Ho.

Why the countries in the world hesitate to take strong action against Somalian Govt. and the Somani pirates when every country in the world facing great threat from Somali pirates. When US creating war mongering and sanction against North Korea and Iran, why are they silent on Somali pirates when Somalian govt. and officials are part of the game of taking ransom from ship owners and other govt. to release their shop and men.

I think Somalia is a very poor country and the Corporates and other govt. in the world not much attracted to Somalia. For last several months, Somali pirates attack ship of every country in the world and the countries pretty sitting without taking any stringent action against Somali pirates. One side US and NATO forces talking about the threat perception of Al Qaeda, Taliban and other terrorist organization, while the billionaire Somalian pirates continue to do their activities without any fear.

Now the question is who will stop this. Many terrorist organization have their base at Somalia and they are using hijacked ship for their activities why the UN body or NATO allies or other countries come forward in making a permanent base inside Somalia. When will the Piracy problem end. While terrorists are using sea and sea routes to continue their activities. In the coming days UN take tough stance against Somalian pirates and sent war ships and make military base in the region to protect the interest of all nations.

All developing countries need to come together and create a team of scientists from all countries to find out the truth. It is also commercially viable like National Geographic Channel or Discovery Channel telecast the expedition.

No place in the earth should be mystery and beyond accessible due to democratic and strategic region. There is also doubts that whether there is a secret military experiments & operations going on in this particular region. Still there is many unanswered questions.

On the other hand, Indian manufacturers are not ready and willing to give cheap toys and other manufactured items and lacks product innovation. But the Chinese have the expertise in making sophisticated toys and other products like Mobile with a very attractive rate. While our govt. engaged in blame game and also imposing inspector raj, licence regime and more taxes on Indian manufacturers. Indian manufacturers are not ready to accept the reality to compete with Chinese products and nothing to offer extra to Indian consumers both costwise and quality wise.

In this decision, we the Indian consumers are the biggest loosers. I think, we need to lift ban on Chinese goods except eatables. Cartel of Chinese goods importers and sellers are taking advantage of the situation. Indian consumers are staying away from shopping now, even though they are ready and willing to buy Chinese Goods.

Is there any immediate solution from both Indian and Chinese counter part.
